The European Federation of Sexology recognizes sexuality as central to human life, health, well-being, and human rights. EFS is the voice and the core network for professionals working in sexology in Europe. EFS promotes excellent and ethical practice in education, knowledge, and skills to celebrate sexual health, intimacy, and diversity with compassion, free from prejudice and violence.
This congress is normally attracting a variety of professions working with sexual rehabilitation, education, therapy and treatment that of sexual dysfunctions, public sexual health and prevention of sexual dysfunctions. Furthermore the congress addresses themes relevant for those working with victims of rape and/or incest. Of increasing importance is gender incongruence as a theme. Thus we welcome doctors of all specialities including gynaecology, oncology, urology, psychiatry, endocrinology, plastic surgery, general medicine.
